I supervise polio teams in several zones of Quetta and my performance has been always recognized by the district authorities. I am proud that whenever there has been a serious issue with polio team, the authorities have chosen me to take charge of that zone.

The treacherous terrain in certain parts of the Balochistan are challenges faced by vaccinators in their pursuit of missed children. But with patience and persistence one can always find ways out to finish the job.

It gives me deep pain when I see a paralysed child because of polio while the means to avoid it has been made available at no cost. At the same time it reenergizes my resolve to continue the fight to spare our children and future generations the suffering caused by polio.

The prospect of the end of polio fills me with great optimism. Optimism because our caring communities are joining hands with Sehat Muhafiz
